Through the contact and quote request form we collect: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, cruise ship name, arrival date and any additional information you choose to provide.

We do not collect sensitive data (health data, political opinions, etc.) and we do not carry out automated profiling.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes: (a) responding to your quote requests and managing your bookings (legal basis: performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) fulfilling legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements (legal basis: legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); (c) sending informational follow-up communications related to your inquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We will not use your data for marketing or newsletter purposes without your explicit prior consent.

4. Data Retention

Contact and booking data is retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the service request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable tax and civil law obligations (up to 10 years).

If no booking results from your inquiry, your data will be deleted within 12 months of the last communication.

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with: (a) technical providers (hosting, email) acting as Data Processors under written agreements; (b) public authorities where required by law.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten") where legally permitted; restrict processing; obtain data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interest.
